KNOW YOUR FEELIGNS Part 1.


I was confused in a part of my life. Depressed, angry,
confused, tyring to figure out wht i had to do in my life ahead.
I lost about 7 years, trying to figure out what it was. Life was
the pits at that time. I used to sulk, dont go out much, feel
depressed a lot, become shy or get angry easily.

Then after these really rough 7 years, i figured out some
thing about myself. I figured out what must be wrong with me. I
saw that i didnt enjoy my life as i should. But enjoying life has
different meanings to different persons. Most of the people i have
asked say, ' live life as i want to live'. So i had to find out
how i wanted to live my life to the fullest.

I thought and got 2 ways through which i can live my life.
First was be be balanced. Second know your feelings.
